3. Subscription, Fees, and Payments

5. Integrations and Third-Party Services

By connecting these services

• Attributter is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or compliance of third-party services.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

‍6.2 License to Use
‍Subject to these Terms, Attributter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1 Termination by You
You may discontinue your use of the Services at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing access.
7.2 Termination by Attributter
Attributter may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
• You breach these Terms
• Your use may harm Attributter or others
• Required by law or enforcement action
Upon termination, your rights to access the Services cease immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
ATTRIBUTTER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• ATTRIBUTTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
• ATTRIBUTTER’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ATTRIBUTTER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
This limitation applies regardless of legal theory (contract, warranty, tort, negligence, or otherwise).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Attributter and its officers, employees, agents, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
• Your misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Attributter is legally incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

Attributter may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date.Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
